We are a mobile food truck and catering business, so we don't have traditional daily hours. Our schedule changes based on food truck events, private caterings, community events and pop-up locations throughout the Phoenix West Valley and surrounding areas. 

Yes, we offer options from convenient catering drop-off to buffet style service and our "Big Blue" food truck experience.

Yes, Faith's Hawaiian Kitchen offers shaved ice for all events. We can do it A la carte or add it to any catering packages.

Some "Big Blue" events may require a minimum booking fee depending on the location, length of service, guest count and event details. We're about building ongoing lasting relationships in our communities. We'll explain any minimums before your event is booked. 

We cater for churchs, support other ministries, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, school events, HOA, Apartment Communities, luaus and other private celebrations.
